Tara Hoit is a Certified Children's Grief Counselor and Virginia Master Gardener. Tara is getting her certificate in horticultural therapy from the Horticultural Therapy Institute and spent many years working in hospice. She is currently working at the Ohana Preservation Foundation running their therapeutic horticulture program as well as heading their fundraising and development. https://virginiahorseback.com/ohanapreservationfoundation/
She is doing her horticultural therapy internship at the Coastal Maine Botanic Garden in Boothbay, ME with Irene.
